The Casa Linda shuttle bus is a free, complimentary service for residents and guests of the Casa Linda villas in

Playa Alicia

Playa Alicia is a public beach located in Sosúa, Dominican Republic, known for its clear, calm waters, making it ideal for swimming, snorkeling, and diving. Considered a "miracle beach" for its sudden appearance around 2003, it's a more secluded and quiet spot compared to the nearby main Sosúa beach. Visitors can relax on the sand, rent chairs and umbrellas, and find amenities like restaurants and rental accommodations in the area.

Cabarete Beach

Cabarete Beach is a world-renowned destination famous for its consistent winds and waves, making it a premier spot for water sports like kiteboarding, windsurfing, and surfing. The beach offers a range of activities, from morning walks and paddleboarding to vibrant kiteboarding in the afternoons when the winds pick up. Lined with restaurants, bars, and sunbeds, it provides a blend of relaxation and adventure, attracting both locals and tourists.

Playa Sosua

Sosua Beach is considered the most important beach on the North Coast of the Dominican Republic, inside a bay known for its crystal clear waters, great snorkeling and marine life. Paradise Island - Snorkeling

Perhaps the most unique experience travelers will have in the Puerto Plata region . This tiny coral island sits in the middle of the ocean, just off the coast of Punta Rucia and is home to countless species of tropical fish, such as Sergeant Major, Surgeon Fish, Angel Fish, Yellow Tail Snappers, Damsel Fish, Crabs, Octopus; also sponges, plenty of coral, and other marine life.
Monkey Jungle | Zipline

Monkey Jungle has two venues for your enjoyment. A 4,500 foot, 7 station ACCT certified zip line and an ancient 5 acre grotto with over 20+ squirrel and capuchin monkeys.
Sosua - Dominican Republic
2 Hour River Float

Enjoy a relaxing day floating on the river during this tubing experience in Cabarete. Join your private guide and grab a tube to float down the calm Yasica River in Jamao. Stop at a sandy beach, La Hoja, where you can swim in waist-deep waters or simply relax on the sandy beach. Soft drinks and alcoholic beverages are provided, so all you have to do is show up and relax.
Catamaran Snorkel Adventure

Puerto Plata: Mountain Half Day Horseback Riding

For traveling in the Dominican Republic, you can carry both Dominican Pesos (DOP) and U.S. Dollars (USD) to cover different situations, with USD being useful in tourist areas and to purchase excursions. DOP will offer better value for small purchases like taxis, drinks at the pub, or at the beaches. Use credit/debit cards for larger purchases if desired, but avoid carrying large amounts of cash for safety.
